Credit will be in the form of in store credit towards other purchase, shipping fee's are non-refundable.
Aquatic Supply will not accept responsibility for issues out of our control that may affect timely arrival, including (but not limited to) all of the below.
· Mechanical or other problems associated with the delivery
· Delays due to inclement weather
· Other accidents/acts of nature
· Package Handling
However, we are committed to working with our customers to ensure satisfaction on a case by case basis.
Aquarium Maintenance Liability Waiver
Aquatic Supply is fully insured for both your protection and ours. Please read this waiver in full to understand your liability and ours. Aquatic Supply does not accept responsibility for things we cannot control, as a result we provide tank maintenance, cleaning, and care. Aquatic Supply nor its staff are to be held responsible or held liable for problems, personal damages, tank/personal death, or tank/personal injury as a result of faulty equipment, or other equipment, this includes but is not limited to the following: the aquarium, aquarium stands, lights, light fixtures, pumps, heaters, reactors, dosing pumps, filters, or other installed equipment. Water and electricity are a deadly mix and it is the sole responsibility of the aquarium owner to provide adequate protection for children, and other persons, including themselves from electrocution. Aquatic Supply requires that an operational GFI protector be installed on all aquarium electrical components. Many aquarium additives are toxic and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. In no way will Aquatic Supply or its staff be held responsible be it otherwise written or implied for harm. Aquatic Supply and its staff will also not be held responsible for any fish, coral, or invertebrate deaths due to factors beyond our control which may include any of the following, incompatibly between certain species or tank mates, faulty equipment, this includes but is not limited to the following: the aquarium, aquarium stands, lights, light fixtures, pumps, heaters, reactors, dosing pumps, filters, or other installed equipment. Aquatic Supply will also not be held responsible for any tank malfunctions, leaks, or damage caused to personal property, homes, or other property at any time before or after tank maintenance has occurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their tank is level and secure with no leaks. Aquatic Supply and its staff will inform the customer of any potential issues noticed. Aquatic Supply reserves the rights to change its terms and conditions, policies and procedures at any time without notification.
